It is well known that drinking lots of caffeinated drinks can increase your high blood pressure. Many people think they can drink a cup or two of coffee per day and they will not have to worry about it. This may be true if the coffee was decaffeinated, but if it was truly decaffeinated then you may still be at risk of high blood pressure.

However, these compounds are not found in all teas and there is a safe level of consumption for each person.
