However, in a mild case, the doctor may not recommend a biopsy.
While there are no specific treatments for fatty liver, there are lifestyle changes that you can make to slow the disease’s progression. Eating a balanced diet high in fruits and vegetables, reducing sugar and fat, and exercising regularly can help. Alcohol should also be limited.
